| Homework Centers |

The homework centers give children homework support with assistance from adult supervisors, high school tutors, and middle school volunteers. |

Our literacy program consists of a teacher-directed small group component and a computer-based component. Teachers guide students through instruction to develop comprehension and writing skills.. On the computers, children work at their individual reading level to improve their skills in phonics, decoding, fluency, and comprehension. |
